Holiday Notice - Thursday, November 27th, 2014

On Thursday, November 27th, 2014 MHPCC will be operating on a holiday schedule. The center will be open and all technology services will be available, however MHPCC will be operating at reduced staffing levels.

If you require assistance, onsite staff will be available to respond to Severity 1 Help Desk calls at 808-879-5077, and if necessary, MHPCC will contact other technical staff if needed. If you anticipate requiring any special assistance on November 27th, please contact our User Services department or the CCAC by email or by telephone.

Obtaining An MHPCC Account

Introduction

MHPCC accounts are now managed through the HPC Centers: Obtaining An Account.

DoD Account Application

If your work is sponsored by the Department of Defense and is funded under 6.1, 6.2, 6.3a or 6.5 funding sources (research, development, testing and evaluation), you may be able to obtain your account through the DoD High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP). Refer to the DoD account application and eligibility requirements located at http://www.hpcmo.hpc.mil/Htdocs/Forms/application-form.html to determine if you meet the criteria for an account through the HPCMP.
