Terms Of Reference For Use Of Unclassified, Non-Sensitive Systems at MHPCC

Maui High Performance Computing Center (MHPCC) accounts are to be used only for the purpose for which they are authorized and are not to be used for non-MHPCC related activities. Unauthorized use of an MHPCC account/system is in violation of Section 799, Title 18, U.S. Code, and constitutes theft and is punishable by law. Therefore, unauthorized use of MHPCC computing systems, resources, and facilities may constitute grounds for either civil or criminal prosecution.

As designated by the High Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP), no Department of Defense (DoD) data can be placed on an Unclassified, Non-Sensitive computer. By signing this agreement, you signify that you understand and will abide by this requirement. Other MHPCC computing resources are available for DoD users and their data.
