DREN Emergency Maintenance Notification - March 21 1000 - 2200 HST

The incumbent local exchange carrier (LEC) will be conducting emergency maintenance for the purpose of isolating low light levels. The maintenance will involve open monitoring several light connections. This maintenance will require approximately 12 hours of network downtime over a window of 12 hours. Network connectivity to MHPCC may be affected during this 12 hour period on March 21, 2016.

DREN network maintenance will occur for MHPCC on March 15-16 2016, 2200 – 0300 HST. This maintenance will require approximately 5 hours and a 30 minute window of network downtime is expected.

The incumbent local exchange carrier (LEC) will be conducting emergency maintenance for the purpose of replacing hardware. The maintenance will involve the hardware being replaced to prevent future service interruptions to customer services. The maintenance location is San Francisco, CA. This maintenance will require approximately 30 mins of network downtime over a window of 5 hours.

MHPCC Riptide RHEL 6.7 upgrade - April 4th-6th, 2016

The MHPCC Riptide system will be unavailable to users due to maintenance for up to 72 hours starting at 0800 (HST) on April 4, 2016. Firmware updates and a RHEL 6.7 upgrade will be done during this maintenance period.

There will be no access to the Riptide system; no file retrievals will be available during this time frame.
