The MHPCC DSRC, established in 1993, is an Air Force research Laboratory (AFRL) Center managed by the University of Hawaii under contract to the Air Force Research Laboratory's Directed Energy Directorate at Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico. On Monday, January 19th, 2026 MHPCC will be operating on a holiday schedule. The center will be open and all technology services will be available, however MHPCC will be operating at reduced staffing levels.
